摘要
采用分组测试与问卷调查法,探讨有氧健身操运动对老年女性身心健康的影响.结果显示:身体方面,长期坚持有氧健身操锻炼可以改善老年人的身体质量指数(BM I)和腰臀围指数(WHR),增强心肺功能,提高运动能力;心理方面,参加健身操锻炼的老年人的SCL-90各因子均分都低于不参加健身操的老年人.而在躯体化、抑郁、恐怖以及3项总分上,长期坚持有氧健身操锻炼与没有参加锻炼的老年人之间都存在着显著差异,说明前者的心理健康水平明显好于后者.
Probed into the effect of aerobic training to physical and mental health of elderly women by group testing and questionnaire. The results showthat, in physical aspect, long term adherence to aerobic exercise can improve the elderly' s Body Mass Index(BMI) and Waist-Hip Ratio (WHR) , enhance heart and lung function and increase exercise capacity. In psychology aspect, factors of SCL -90 of the elderly participating in exercise are lower than those not participating. And in somatization, depression, terror, and total score of three aspects, there exists signif- icant differences between the elderly taking aerobic exercise for long term and those not taking, which indicates mental health of the former is better than that of the later.
