摘要
提出了以活性染料为主的亲水性染料废水的混凝 石墨电极电解气浮脱色的处理工艺,研究了混凝剂种类、剂量及水的pH 值等混凝条件及不同电流密度、电解历时等电解条件对废水处理效果的影响,确定了最佳的操作参数,得到了95 % 以上的脱色率.研究结果表明,该法脱色效果好,处理费用省,操作适应性强.
In this paper, the coagulation electro flotation treatment process with graphite electrode was presented. The process is appropriate in treatment of hydrophilic dye wastewater mainly containing active dyes. We discussed the optimal operation parameters such as the kind of coagulant, coagulant dosage, pH in water, current density and the time of electrolyzation and the treatment result was that decoloration efficiency was more than 95%. It is demonstrated by the study that such treatment method can achieve great effect in decoloration and has low treatment expenditure and high operation flexibility.
