感染科实习护生艾滋病职业防护的教育及体会

Education and Experience of Occupational Protection of AIDS in Nursing Students of Department of Infectious Diseases

目的探讨感染科实习护生艾滋病职业防护教育的方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2004年6月至2010年5月,舟山医院感染科对实习护生开展的艾滋病职业防护教育方法与体会。结果经出科考核,205名护生成绩合格率为100%,且实习期间无一例艾滋病职业暴露发生,达到预期目标。结论加强艾滋病职业暴露防护知识专项培训教育并落实相关制度,是阻断护生艾滋病职业暴露的关键。

Objective To discuss the measures for occupational protection of AIDS in nursing students of department of infectious diseases.Methods The speeific measures and experience of occupational protection of AIDS in nursing students of department of infectious diseases in our hospital from June 2004 to May 2010 were analyzed and summarized retrospectively.Results Totally 205 nursing students passed the rotation examination with the pass rate of 100%.There was no case that exposed to virus of HIV during the internship period,which met the expectations.Conclusion The key point to block profession exposure to HIV of nursing students lies in the implementation of special education and related rules.
