化工火灾事故起火点推断技术及判据研究 被引量:10

摘要 简述起火点判定技术发展的历史阶段和现状,提出发展方向。介绍几个发达国家起火点判定常用的方法和程序。我国火灾原因调查中确定起火点主要依据火灾蔓延痕迹和证人证言,计算以及计算机模拟也在火灾调查中有许多应用。从材料破坏程度、火灾蔓延痕迹、泄漏点、起火条件几方面介绍化工火灾事故起火点的判断依据,并结合实际案例加以说明。 The historical period and present situation ot tire point determine technology were stated, and also the development direction. The normal method and process of determine fire point in several developed country were introduced. The spread trace of fire and the testimony of witness were used mainly for determine the fire point in fire cause investigation in our country, and also the calculation and computer simulation were used. The determine foundation of cause of chemical fire was intro- duced from the aspects of damage degree of materials , spreadtrace of fire, leakage point and fire up condition, also it was stated with the actual example.
