摘要
本文对显像管金属体与玻壳封接紧固圆孔边含对称裂纹在排气过程中的受力进行了分析,得出裂纹缺陷结构的炸裂力学模型。用该炸裂力学模型对57cm彩色显像管在排气过程中销钉、阳极帽与玻壳封接的玻壳表面和玻壳厚度中心进行了断裂计算,确定了升温和降温时炸裂与不炸裂的部位及影响炸裂的载荷性质,为研究显像管玻壳炸裂提供了理论依据。
The article obstains the explosion (fracture) mechanical model of the crack structure of the kinescope from studying the force during exhaust of the edge of interference aperture of the soldering between the metal parts and the glass-back which contains the symmetric crack. Then we use the model to make a fracture calculation on the soldered surface between the pin and the glass-back have made by using the anode hood and the glass-back and also the midpoint of the thickness of the glass-back of 22inch colour TV during exhaust.lt ascertains the explosive and unexplosive position and the properties of the loads which influence the explosion when heated or cooled.It provides a theoretical basis for the study of the explosion of the kinescope.
