摘要
传统调度电话下令模式逐渐不能适应现代大电网调度运行操作的需要。本文提出利用信息和网络技术,建立电网调度的网络发令系统。通过查找分析传统发令模式的弊端,确定网络发令系统在电网调度运行操作、安全管理上应具备的功能设计。
Traditional power dispatching telephone ordering mode is getting more trouble in meeting the needs of modern electric grid dispatching operation system.The present paper proposes making use of information and network technology,and constructing a network ordering system for power dispatching.The paper explores the weaknesses of the traditional ordering mode and determines the proposed functions of the network ordering system in electric grid dispatching operation and safety management.
