摘要
在新时期下,高职学生的主体已基本为"90后"大学生。如何正确引导"90后"新一代大学生的学习、生活受到了广大专家和教育工作者的密切关注,而对于从事教学管理工作的一线教师来讲,面临的是更多的新情况和新挑战。大学教务工作根据"90后"大学生的特点,分析其特有的思想行为,探讨影响其学习、生活的主要因素,提出加强其教学管理的对策和建议。
At present,the students in higher vocational colleges are nearly all "post 90s" Their study and college life have aroused close attention among experts and educators.As for those who manage the academic chores,they should face new situations and challenges.This paper analyzed the characteristics of "post-90s" college students and some factors influencing their study and life.Moreover,it put forwards some measures and suggestions of strengthening academic management.
