OPTIMAL DESIGN OF THE DOUBLE CRANK CLOSING MOULD MECHANISM

本文讨论了塑料注射成型机双曲肘式合模机构锁紧模具的工作原理,提出了优化设计方法,指出用正交设计法进行优化计算可以减少工作量,获得经济的效果。本文以SZ-60塑料注射成型机的合模机构为实例进行了优化设计,提出了一组实用的最优参数。

The principles and design method of the double-crank closing-moulding mechanism has described, which used for locking the moulds in plastic in- jection moulding machines. Meanwhile, it also has pointed out that the calculating work can be reduced by using the cross-design method. Using the closing-mould mechanism as an example in SZ-60 plastic injection moulding machine, it has designed with the noted method and put forward a set of practical optimal parameters.
