通过对高校仪器设备使用中存在的普遍现象进行综合分析研究,指出了高校仪器设备中存在重购置、轻使用、低利用率及管理不规范等现象,提出了相应的解决对策。

After the comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in the usage of equipments at colleges and universities, the author points out that the problems of valuing equipments purchase and neglecting equipments usage, low efficiency and nonstandard management and finally puts forward the solutions to those problems.
