摘要 随着本科教育规模的扩大,高校教师的学习素质在逐渐降低,他们的心理健康状况不容乐观。通过对高校教师一些抽样调查,总结了当代部分高校教师职业道德培养存在的问题。提出教师职业道德素养首先是一种知识技能,同时它还是一种信念。它的价值贯穿于教师一生的整个教学当中。并提出建议培养教师高尚的品德和完善的人格,培养教师的敬业精神、增强服务观念,培养教师完善的职业理念,培养教师的创新精神及创新人格,校方制定完善的师德规范等建议。 The teachers' professional ethic literacy is not only knowledge and skills but a belief whose value will run through the whole teaching life of teachers. With the expansion of the scale of undergraduate education, college students' learning quality in gradually reduced and their mental health is not optimistic. According to the latest sample survey, 41.9 percent of the youth who work as teachers are not voluntary. Therefore, teachers' professional ethic cultivation is particularly important. Specific Suggestions are as follows: 1. To develop teachers' noble virtues and perfect personality. 2. To develop teachers' professional dedication and to enhance their service concept. 3. To develop teachers' perfect occupation concept. 4. To develop teachers' spirit of innovation and innovative personality. 5. To formulate the perfect ethic norms. About teacher' s professional ethic education, much still remains to be done.
