传统的思想政治教育,侧重于社会的本体论意义,忽视了思想政治教育的育人功能,导致思想政治教育效果不显著。而思想政治教育的对象是人,思想政治教育工作就是做人的工作,以塑造人、完善人为目标。因此,思想政治教育理应与人性论相结合。马克思主义人性论是发展人性论,思想政治教育必须遵循人性的发展性,真正做到尊重人、依赖人、塑造人,不断提升人性。

The traditional aim of ideological and political education emphasizes the meaning of social ontology,which has a lack of humanistic spirit.However,the ideological and political education object is people.The purpose of it is to mould people and to perfect personality.Therefore,the ideological and political education should combine with the humanity.The Marxist theory of humanity is important to develop humanity.The ideological and political education should follow the importance of humanity to achieve the aims of respect,rely on and to perfect personality.
