基于建构主义学习理论的高职“秘书职业认知”课程的开发研究

On the R & D of Polytecnic Curriculum-Secretary Carreer Congnition-based on Constructivist Learning Theory

当前高职秘书职业认知课程存在重技能,轻态度的问题,教学内容以学科为本位的问题和教学案例缺乏,内容空洞说教的问题。以建构主义学习理论为基础对秘书职业认知课程进行了如下研究:要以培养学生职业态度和增加学生职场基本知识为课程目的,要以学生视角来组织教学内容,要把案例、影视作品和企业培训游戏纳入教学内容。

There exists serious problems now in the Polytechnic curriculum of Secretary Carreer Congnition.The teachers pay too much attention to skills,while draw little attention to attitudes.The teaching materials take only principle as its basis.They lack cases and deep meaning so as not able to arouse the students＇ interest.The paper makes the following researches on the curriculum on the basis of constructionism： the first is to help students hold correct attitudes to carrer,the second is to provide more information on career to students,the third is to organize teaching materials from the perspective of the students and the last is to introduce cases,films and company training games into teaching.
