蒙脱石散联合碘甘油治疗手足口病疗效观察

Effect of Montmorillonite Powder mixed with Iodine Glycerin on hand-foot-mouth disease

目的观察蒙脱石散与碘甘油混合液局部涂抹治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法将手足口病患儿60例按照随机数字表分为2组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。对照组采用生理盐水100 mL加病毒唑0.2 g混合液漱口,每日4次,每次含漱1 min;治疗组采用蒙脱石散粉剂3 g与碘甘油10 mL混合后搅拌均匀,涂抹于口腔患处,30 min内禁止饮水和进食,每日4次。2组患儿连续治疗4 d后比较其疗效。结果 2组患儿治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散与碘甘油混合液治疗手足口病效果显著,建议将其作为治疗手足口病的常规辅助治疗手段。

Objective To study the effect of montmorillonite powder mixed with iodine glycerin on Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease.Methods 60 patients with Hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into two groups according by random number table：observation group（n=30）and control group（n=30）.The patients in the control group were treated by l min mouthwash using saline（100 mL）mixed with ribovirin（0.2 g）four times everyday.In the observation group,besides the same mouthwash as in the control group,the patients were managed by squashing on the loci the mixture of montmorillonite powder（3 g）and iodine glycerin（10 mL） four times everyday.The curative effects between the groups were compared after 4-day management.Results The effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Montmorillonite powder mixed with iodine glycerin is effective on Hand-foot-mouth disease,so it is suggested to use it as the routine and adjuvant measure for curing Hand-foot-mouth disease.
