综合疗法治疗重度急性有机磷农药中毒临床观察

Clinical observation of combined therapy for acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的观察血液灌流联合血液透析抢救重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者的临床疗效。方法将89例重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规内科治疗的基础上采用血液灌流与血液透析联合治疗,对照组在常规内科治疗基础上给予血液灌流治疗。结果治疗组在昏迷清醒时间、阿托品用量、住院天数等方面均较对照组明显减少(P<0.05),治愈率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用血液灌流联合血液透析治疗重度急性有机磷农药中毒可明显缩短住院时间,提高治愈率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP） by combined treatment of hemoperfusion（HP） and hemodialysis（HD）.Methods 89 patients with severe AOPP were at random divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with combined HP and HD with routine therapy and the control group was only treated with HP and routine therapy.Results The time of patients regaining consciousness,atropine dosage and hospitalization in the treatment group were shorter than that in the control group（P0.05）.And the cure rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion For the patients with severe AOPP,combined treatment of HP and HD may short the time of hospitalization and improve the cure rate.
