摘要
为保证双点压力机滑块运行时的垂直度,容易造成滑块底平面与工作台板上平面的平行度超差,常采用磨工作台板的办法解决。本文建立台板借磨的理论模型,找出影响平行度的零件形位公差及螺纹间隙并进行控制,可以避免磨工作台板,从而增加了工作台板的通用性。
The theoretical model for help by grinding the bolster has been established in the text.The shape position tolerances of the part and thread clearance which affect parallelism have been found and controlled.In this way,the grinding problem of the bolster has been avoided,which improves the general use of the bolster.
