准“刘易斯拐点”时代下政府的机遇与挑战——关于“民工荒”问题分析

The Challenges and Opportunities in The Era of "Lewis Turning Point"——The Study about Shortage of Migrant Workers

目前国内普遍出现"民工荒"现象,在寻求解决该问题的同时也引起了各界对"刘易斯拐点"的热议。尽管很多学者对中国是否真的处于"刘易斯拐点"时代存在争议,但是很多学者还是建议中国为迎接"刘易斯拐点"时代的来临做好准备。因为,"刘易斯拐点"时代带给中国社会的不仅有挑战,同时也有机遇。所以政府要认真分析刘易斯时代的社会状态,把握机遇,迎接挑战,在跨越"刘易斯拐点"的同时,保障社会经济的良性发展。

At present,the shortage of migrant workers attracts people＇s attention.In order to resolve the problem,many scholars begin to study ＂Lewis turning point＂ again.Although scholars have different views in the ＂Lewis turning point＂ times,the still suggest that we should do something to meet the ＂Lewis turning point＂ era.The author believes that ＂Lewis turning point＂ era is not only challenge but also a great opportunity to the Chinese society.In order to grasp opportunities,and meet challenges,we have to analyze the social status of Lewis era.We hope that we can across the ＂Lewis turning point＂.At the same time we can protect the healthy social and economic development.
