Local General Undergraduate College' Choice on the Way of Educating Innovative Talents

地方普通本科院校在创新人才培养中承担着重要责任,而其长期形成的培养特征影响了创新型人才的培养方向选择,也让学校产生了很多困惑。通过鉴别不同学校对创新型人才培养的差异,提出了地方普通本科院校应从学校定位与专业取舍、自主创新学习、激发创新教学、倡导创新管理、狠抓实践应用环节等方面来培养创新人才。

Local undergraduate college assumes important responsibility on the education of innovative talents,while the characteristics of the education pattern formed for a long time has influenced the choosing of the direction,which also confuses the college in general.After identifying the differences between the ways of educating innovative talents by different college,the author argues that local general undergraduate college should educate innovative talents from the following aspects： college orientation and professional choices,independent innovation learning,stimulate innovation teaching,advocating innovation management,pay special attention to the practice.
