如何加强和改进研究生思想政治教育工作是新形势下各高校积极探索和亟待解决的问题。要做好新形势下高校研究生思想政治教育工作,应在工作思路、工作内容、工作方法和工作手段四个方面有所创新。以华北水利水电学院的研究生思想教育工作经验为例,提出现阶段加强和改进高校研究生思想政治教育工作重点应采取的措施。

It＇s a new challenge for the universities to strengthen and improve ideological and political education for postgraduates.Four aspects including education thoughts contents,methods and approaches are covered to study new strategies.Work Experience in NCWU is taken as an example to explore measures on ideological and political education for postgraduates.
