Under the new situation,the construction of study style of Universities faces more challenges.This article elaborated the promotion countermeasures of the university construction of study style,and stressed that the insisting of ＂One central and Two environment＂ is the key point of the university construction of study style.On the basis of analyzing the problem from the origin of the construction and insisting the strict evaluation and management system with the principle of student-oriented,the university construction of study style can truly origin from the university students and benefit the university students.
