鉴于当前国民经济中存在着结构性和长期性矛盾,有必要在科学发展观的指引下探索宏观调控模式的重构,将宏观调控理念由以需求管理为主转向需求管理与供给管理的协调配合。

Aiming at the current features of the disequilibrium contradiction and structural contradiction in Chinese economy,it is necessary to investigate the reconstruction of macro-control under the guidance of Scientific Concept of Development,and propose the policy countermeasure to transformate the macro-control＇s mode and combining demand-side and supply-side management.
