Connotation Components and Training Path on Creative Talents Quality in Higher Vocational Hotel Management Profession

高职酒店管理专业创新人才素质包括创新意识、创新思维、创新知识、创新能力与创新人格等内容,其内涵构成要素分别有三个层面,即思想道德素质层面、专业素质层面和身心素质层面。目前我国高职酒店管理专业创新人才素质培养还存在着诸多问题,为此阐述了几种高职酒店管理专业人才素质培养路径。

Creative professionals of higher vocational hotel management includes innovative con- sciousness, innovative thinking, innovative knowledge, innovation ability and innovative personality, etc. And its meaning elements have three levels, namely, ideological and moral level, professional quality level and physical and mental quality level. The paper argues that in the current training of crea- tive professionals in higher vocational hotel management, there are still many problems. So it discusses several paths to training the professionals in higher vocational hotel management.
