The emergency care for 108 cases of accidental injuries

目的总结意外伤的急诊抢救护理方法,寻求出最佳救治方案。方法回顾性分析108例意外伤患者的临床救护资料。结果 108例患者院前死亡3例,急诊住院手术77例,急诊观察15例,门诊随诊观察13例。结论 意外伤的现场救治,特别是危重患者及时有效的现场救治是抢救生命的基本前提,成立救护小组、对成批伤员进行早期分类、分别救治是降低病死率和致残率的根本保证。

Objective To summarize the accident emergency rescue nursing injuries,to find the best treatment program. Methods 108 cases of clinical ambulance accident injury information were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 108 patients, 3 died before hospitalization,77 cases received emergency inpatient surgery,among them, 15 cases were observed in emergency department, outpatient observation of 13 cases followed up. Conclusion The treatment of accidental injury on site, especially the seriously wound treated in a timely and effective on-site treatment was the basic premise of saving lives, setting up rescue group to classify batches were wounded early treatment is to reduce death and disability in the fundamental guarantee.
