静脉留置针两种固定方法效果对比

Comparison on the effects of two different fixation methods of intravenous catheter

目的探讨静脉留置针的最佳固定方法。方法选择我院肾内科住院患者85例,随机分为对照组43例和观察组42例。2组均选用前臂浅静脉穿刺留置针,对照组按照传统方法用透明敷贴覆盖留置针固定,贴膜内所附梯形胶带将留置针延长管U形固定;观察组使用透明敷贴前,先用输液贴横向固定留置针外套管的针尾,然后用75%酒精消毒皮肤后覆盖透明敷贴,改变胶带位置,最后用胶布U形固定肝素帽。每天输液完毕肝素盐水正压封管,观察2组在留置针留置时间、脱出等方面的差异。结果 观察组在留置针留置时间、留置针在位等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 用输液贴固定针尾,酒精消毒皮肤及改变梯形胶带的位置固定留置针,可避免留置针的脱出,延长使用时间。

Objective To explore the best fixation of intravenous catheter. Methods 85 patients in nephrology of our hospital were chosen. They were randomly divided into two group, there are 43 cases in control group and 42 cases in observation group.Both groups were treated with forearm superficial venous catheter,the patients in the control group by traditional methods that is cover the catheter with a transparent applicator to fix directly, foil tape attached to the ladder which attached to the heparin cap at the catheter become a U-fixed retention needle extension tubes. The observation group to should to use a post infusion affixed to the fixed horizontal pin tail jacket tube before using transparent puncture applicator,and then sterilized with 75% alcohol and then covered with transparent skin applicator to fix the interface of retention needle extension tubes and transparent Sticking,finally fix the catheter extension tube. After daily infusion,all were treated to seal the tube with heparin saline. Observe the differences of the retention time, prolapse, etc .Results The effect of the observation group was better than that in the control group in the retention time and the vascular catheter does not emerge （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of infusion catheter needle affixed to the end of the fixed, alcohol disinfection of the skin and change the position of ladder tape fixation methods for catheter can avoid the prolapse and extendcatheter time.
