试论企业应对对华反倾销联盟的建立——以鞋类企业为例

The Establishment of Anti-dumping Union——Taking Shoe Manufacturers as An Example

企业联盟在应对国外对华反倾销过程中,起到了举足轻重的作用,中小型出口企业一旦遭遇反倾销调查,往往不知所措,甚至逃避,结果被征收高额反倾销税或干脆退出市场,损失惨重,所以必须学会利用联盟的力量去应对。本文针对欧盟向产自中国的鞋类产品征收惩罚性关税的现实,分析了这一事件的背景及产生的原因,探讨我国鞋类出口企业的应对策略,指出了建立"欧盟对华鞋产品反倾销应对联盟"的必要性。

enterprise alliance has played a pivotal role in dealing with anti-dumping process,small and medium-sized export enterprise once involved in the anti-dumping investigation,often at a loss,even escape,as a result,they were imposed on the high,anti-dumping duties or simply were withdrawn from the market losses,so they must learn to use force to deal with the league.Based on the on reality that EU impose punitive tariffs to footwear produced in China,this paper analyzes the event＇s background and reasons of this event and discusses the strategies,points out the necessity of setting up the antidumping alliance.
