摘要
国家职业技能鉴定是一项基于职业技能水平的考核活动,能够有效促进各行业从业人员专业理论知识和实际操作能力的提高,满足社会发展对行业从业人员的职业能力要求。餐厅服务员工种的国家职业技能鉴定标准,经过多年的实践证明了它的科学性,由于行业的发展,鉴定标准存在着一些不足亟待解决。
Reasonable and scientific vocational skill identification based on the level of professional skill can improve all kinds of practitioners' theoretical knowledge and practical ability.Moreover,it will meet the social development requirement of all practitioners' occupational ability.the standard of reasonable and scientific vocational skill identification of restaurant waiters is proved to be scientific.and with the development of this industry,there are some problems with the standard of the skill identification that have to be solved.
