消化道术后胃排空障碍临床分析

Clinical analysis of delayed gastrc emptying after alimentary tract operations

目的探讨消化道手术后胃排空障碍的早期诊断和治疗措施。方法对2001年1月—2010年1月收治的14例消化道手术后胃排空障碍患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 14例消化道手术后胃排空障碍患者全部经保守治疗痊愈。结论消化道手术后胃排空障碍是消化道术后常见和严重的并发症,正确早期诊断、坚持正规保守治疗是取得最佳效果的关键。

Objective To explore early diagnosis and treatment methods of delayed gastric emptying after almentary tract operations.Methods The hospital in January 2001 to January 2010 totally 14 cases were treated delayed gastric emptying after alimentary tract operations clinical data were analayzed retrospectively.Results Totally 14 patients with delayed gastric emptying after alimentary tract operations were cured by conservative.Conclusions The delayed gastric emptying is a common and severe postoperative complication,the correct and early diagnosis and conservative treatment is the key to achieve the best.
