瑞舒伐他汀对老年高血压患者脉压和动脉弹性的影响

Rosuvastatin on pulse pressure and elasticity in elderly patients with hypertension

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对原发性高血压患者脉压和动脉弹性的影响。方法选择64例正在规律服药的老年高血压患者,分为对照组(30例)和洛伐他汀治疗组(34例),治疗3个月。观察治疗前、后肱动脉血压,脉压,肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV),大动脉和小动脉弹性指数(C1和C2)的变化。结果对照组治疗后各项指标均无显著变化。瑞舒伐他汀治疗后收缩压、脉压明显下降(P<0.05),baPWV减慢(P<0.05),C2增高(P<0.05),而舒张压及C1无显著改变(P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀通过改善高血压患者动脉弹性,减慢脉搏波传导速度,具有缩小脉压的作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Rosuvastatin on pluse pressure and elasticity in essential hypertension.Methods Totally 64 patients under the regular medication in elderly hypertensive patients were divided into control group（30 cases） and Rosuvastatin treatment group（34 cases） daily for 3 monthes.Brachial blood pressure,automatic brachial-ankle artery pulse wave velocity（baPWV）,large and small arterial elastic indexes（C1 and C2） were measured before and after treatment.Results No change of all measurements in placebo group was found after treatment.In Rosuvastatin group,however,systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure decreased significantly,not with change of diastolic pressure and C1,baPWV decreased significantly（P0.05）,C2 was increased significantly（P0.05）.Conclusions Rosuvastatin might slow down the baPWV and reduce pulse pressure through improvement of arterial elasticity.
