汉阳区综合医院肺结核病人报告、转诊、到位情况分析

Analysis on the reporting,referral and arrival rates of tuberculosis patients in general hospital in Hanyang District (2007-2009)

目的分析武汉市汉阳区综合医院利用传染病网络报告系统对肺结核病人发现的作用,为进一步加强结防机构与综合医疗机构合作和结核病防治可持续发展提供依据。方法收集2007-2009年武汉市汉阳区网络直报肺结核病人追踪情况月报表和中国结核病防治规划月报表及有关资料进行分析。结果 2007-2009年武汉市汉阳区综合医院肺结核病人转诊到位率分别为31.9%、35.1%和43.4%;结防机构追踪到位率分别为55.1%、63.6%和69.2%,总体到位率分别为69.4%、76.4%和82.5%。在转诊到位病人中,60.5%为阳性病人,追踪未到位的病人中,78.3%是由于地址不详或查无此人。结论加强PPM-DOTS,是提高病人发现率的有效措施。

Objective To analyze the outcome of utilizing internet reporting system to detect tuberculosis patients in the general hospital of Hanyang district,so as to promote the cooperation（PPM-DOTS） between general hospital and tuberculosis institution and further develop tuberculosis control.Methods Monthly internet reports and follow-up registered reports and other data in Hangyang district from 2007 to 2009 were collected and analyzed.Results From 2007 to 2009,the referral arrival rate in Hanyang General Hospital was 31.9%,35.1% and 43.4% respectively;the follow-up arrival rate of the tuberculosis institution was 55.1%,63.6% and 69.2% respectively;and the overall arrival rate was 69.4%,76.4% and 82.5% respectively.Among the referral arrival patients,60.5% was smear-positive patients;among the missing follow-up patients,78.3% was due to unknown address or no such person found.Conclusion The PPM-DOTS should be greatly promoted so as to enhance the detection rate of the TB patients.
