中国乡村医生教育培训现状调查

Investigation on the education and training for "rural doctors" in China

目的通过对当前中国乡村医生教育现状的分析,找出培训中存在的问题,为政府进一步发展乡村医生教育,提高培训效果提供依据。方法流行病学横断面研究结合小组访谈法。结果抽样省份乡村医生教育工作取得了很大的发展,乡村医生从数量到质量均有较大的提高,但现行的培训模式与实际需求的培训模式有着—定程度的差别,质量也有待进—步改善。结论乡村医生的培训重点应由数量规模型向质量效益型转变,应当将提高乡村医生的整体素质作为培训的重点,并运用市场规律来实行"以需求为导向"的培训。

Objective The study was designed to analyze the training and education status for the ＂rural doctors＂ in China,to find out the problems and make suggestions to improve and speed up the education and training of the ＂rural doctors＂.Methods Group interview method and stratification-cluster sample method were conducted in the Cross-sectional study.Results The training and educational mode,to some extent,still could not meet the need of the actual demand for the ＂rural doctors＂.They were increasing both in quantity and quality.Although some progress was achieved in recent years,it is still necessary to enhance the quality of the training and education for the ＂rural doctors＂.Conclusions The training and education for the ＂rural doctors＂ is at the developing stage in China.Focus should be put on quality,not only on quantity.＂Demand-orientated＂ will be acceptable to be in compliance with the present society.
