摘要
以邻甲基苯甲酸和溴为原料,分别采用AIBN引发和光引发自由基反应合成了邻溴甲基苯甲酸,并利用IR和1H NMR对所得产品进行表征.考察了原料配比、溶剂种类、反应时间和引发剂用量对反应的影响.
2-(bromomethyl) benzoic acid was synthesized by using 2-methylbenzoic and bromine as the basic materials through free radical reaction under light or with AIBN as initiator.The product was characterized by IR and 1H NMR.The effects of the mole ratio of the materials,different solvents,reaction time and the amount of initiator on yield were investigated.
