摘要
讨论了F-P腔光外差光谱理论及其应用——光外差稳频系统通过实验获得了与数值计算完全-致的外差光谱,并以此系统对输出波长为1.523um的He-Ne激光器进行稳频,获得了较好的效果.
The principle of optical heterodyne spectrum of Fabry-Perot Cavity are discussed. As one application, we study optial heterodyne laser stabilization system. In experiment, we have obtained optical heterodyne spectrum that accords with calculated value exactly. A He-Ne laser which wavelength equal 1. 523um are efficiently stabilized.
