发动机连杆大端分离涨断加工性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 连杆涨断加工技术是一种全新的连杆大端分离精密加工技术,具有传统加工方法无法比拟的优势,已经成为国外发动机生产的重要技术之一。本文在认真分析、比较传统工艺和涨断工艺基础上,阐述了涨断加工的原理和特点,对扩力比和影响涨断质量的因素进行了研究,借助流行的工程分析软件ProE,完成了连杆的建模和涨断加工的有限元分析,针对楔形和矩形涨断裂解槽在不同形状参数下进行了仿真分析。结果证明,通过优化裂解槽的结构尺寸可有效改善涨断加工的质量,为下一步优化涨断加工工艺奠定了基础。 Connecting rod fracture splitting machining processing technology is a kind of brand-new connecting rod big endian separation technology,it had incomparable advantage compared to traditional machining processing method,and had become the important production technology abroad.Based on the analysis and comparison of the traditional craft and cracking process,this paper elucidated the principles and characteristics of splitting processing,and studied the factors of influencing cracking quality and force-expanding ratio.With the aid of the popular engineering analysis software ProE,the modeling of connecting rod and the finite element analysis of cracking was completed,under at wedge and rectangular slot in different shape parameter the simulation analysis was completed.The results proved that,through optimizing the structure of splitting slot parameters the processing quality can be effectively improve.This work can be used for the next step processing technology optimization.
