摘要
研究通过对食品科学与工程专业创新教育体系的作用、构建及实践研究,将创新教育融入整个教学体系之中,探索了提高该专业学生创新能力的方法及途径。
By studying on effect,construction and practice research of innovating education system for food science and engineering specialty,this article studies how to merge the innovating education into the teaching system,and explores the effective method and channel of improving innovation ability of graduates.
