陶瓷刀具适应性的研究(Ⅱ)—车削HT25铸铁时的刀具寿命实验(对比实验)

STUDY ON ADAPTABILITY OF CERAMICS TOOL TO MACHINING(Ⅱ)

本研究采用HT25铸铁工件、日产硬质合金刀片K20及陶瓷刀片L_(xA)、L_(x21),根据ISO刀具寿命实验方法进行了车削对比实验研究,得出了各种刀具的寿命曲线和寿命方程式,对各种刀具的性能及合理使用范围进行了讨论。

In this study,tool-life tests with japan-made ceramics and carbide single- -point tools were performed on castiron in accordance with ISO 3685-1977. And tool-life plots and tool-life equations were obtained,thus the perfo- rmance of ceramics tool and its reasonable scope of application were discu- ssed,and the reliable data were provided for standard cutting.
