摘要
以苏州大学等五所在苏高校近五年来从内地高校引进的150名具有中级以上职称或具有硕士以上学位的教师作为被试,采用卡方检验和系统聚类分析方法,对影响其流动意向的各种因素进行了研究.结果表明:内地高校教师流向沿海地区主要受三种原因的驱动,即经济因素、家庭因素和个人发展因素.这一研究成果对高校完善师资管理工作具有一定的参考价值.
The study takes as its subjects for investigation 150 teachers working with five different higher - educations in Suzhou (including Suzhou University) , who have been introduced in recent five years and are either holding master's degrees or having progressional titles of or above the equiva- lent of associate professors. Some factors that influence the flowing of teachers are studied with chi- square test and hierarchical clustering method. As a result it is proved that there are three major rea- sons for the inland teachers flowing to foreland: stable income, family reunion and individual career. It is believed that such a study will in a way serves as a guide for the improving of the staff management of higher - education institutions.
