摘要
合成了表面负载金属钯的聚丙烯醛异烟酰腙树脂后,通过Q67发光菌的毒性暴露实验研究了该树脂材料对直接大红、直接天蓝和桃红等3种水溶性偶氮染料的催化降解效果及其在降解过程中对发光菌的生物毒性变化情况,并对降解结果进行了气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析。实验结果表明:载钯树脂对直接大红、直接天蓝和桃红等偶氮染料具有良好的吸附降解脱色能力。其中,载钯树脂对直接天蓝和桃红的去除率可达95%,其对发光菌的急性生物毒性在降解过程中呈先减小后增大的变化规律。在降解反应后,仍可检测到萘环及其他小分子,这说明载钯树脂对发光菌的急性生物毒性可能是由于小分子降解产物具有一定的生物毒性效应所致。
Pd loaded chelating resin was used as the functional polymer catalyst for adsorption and degradation of three azo dyes:direct red,sky blue and peach.Using Q67 luminous bacteria as the simulant life form of biological acute toxicity tests,the toxicity of azo dyes and their daughter products in the degradation process were examined based on the inhibition rate of bacterial luminescence.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used to examine the daughter products.It was shown that Pd loaded chelating resin was excellent in the adsorption and degradation of three azo dyes:direct red,sky blue and peach,with 95% color removal for the later two dyes.The inhibition rate of bacterial luminescence in the biological acute toxicity test decreased first,then increased.Appearance of small molecular daughter products such as double benzene nucleus in the reaction process of azo dyes degradation suggested that the acute toxicity of Pd-loaded chelating resin may be caused by the toxic small molecular daughter products.
