监察制度是政治制度的一个重要组层部分,在政治体制中占据着重要地位。国民党执政时期,专门设立了监察机构,在一定程度上加强了中央对地方的监察和联系。通过对南京国民政府时期监察制度产生的理论渊源和制度设计的分析,总结南京国民政府时期监察制度存在的不足,为我国监察制度的建设提供一个新的研究视角。

As an important component of the political system,the Supervision system loctes at an important position.It is accept that Supervision Ministry is the most powerful supervisory organization among National Government.To some extent,strengthened the monitoring and contact of central and local.Analysis the theory origin of the National Government＇s supervision system and system design,summarized the shortcomings.By doing this and getting ground on the concrete of National Government＇s supervision system,this paper tries to find a new way to solve our supervisory system.
