经济政策对民族地区跨越式发展的催化作用——以贵州毕节地区力帆骏马振兴车辆有限公司为例

A Study on the Catalysis of Economic Policy to Leapfrog Development in Ethnic Minority Areas——A Case Study of Lifan Junma Revitalize Vehicle Co.,Ltd of Bijie Area

毕节试验区大力招商引资,制定优惠的经济政策来推动跨越式发展,文章以毕节地区力帆骏马振兴车辆有限公司为视角,试图阐示经济政策对民族地区跨越式发展的催化作用。文章首先梳理了该区汽车制造业的经济优惠政策,然后分别调研每一项经济政策在该企业的落实情况,具体分析相应政策给企业发展带来的积极影响,同时找出政策执行不到位的问题并进行原因分析,提出有效提高政策执行力度的具体建议,加大政策对跨越式发展的催化作用。

The experimental site Bijie endeavor to expand the investment and formulated preferential policies of economy to promote economic development by strides.The author,in perspective of Lifan Junma revitalize vehicle Co.,Ltd of Bijie area,trys to explain the Catalysis which economic policy play a part in leapfrog development in ethnic minority areas.This paper generalize preferential policies of economy in the field of automotive industry of this area.Then,the author researches on the each of implementation of economic policy in the enterprise.In the one hand,it shows specific analysis of relevant policies to the positive impact of enterprise development.On the other hand,policy implementation does not reach the designated position in some places.The author analyses the reasons of the problems and proposes specific suggestions to improve implementation of policies and increase the Catalysis of policies for the leapfrog development.
