摘要
植物黄酮类化合物由于其天然的、无毒的、抗氧化活性等特点,为大众消费者所追求。笔者根据现有资料,就黄酮类化合物的结构、类型,以及在植物中的分布规律;新有效成分的发掘;提取、含量测定、结构分析和基因工程与合成代谢调控等方面进行综述。同时对其调节植物本身的生命活动,以及在医药和食品工业中的应用作介绍。
The plant flavonoids are been going in for people with its crude,atoxic and antioxidative character.According to the data,the distributing rule in plant;exhumation of new efficiency composition;distilation,cotent determination,construct analysis,Genetic engineering and synthesis of metabolic regulation about the plant flavonoids were summarized.At the same time,the regulation of its life activities,application of medicine and food industry was introduced in the paper.
