摘要
针对普通生物转盘生物量小,有机负荷低等特点,首次采用新型网状生物转盘辅以生物接触氧化技术联合处理城市生活污水,为提高其处理效果,分别考察了水力停留时间、转盘转速、气水比、有机负荷的研究对COD去除效果的影响。结果表明:网状生物转盘具有较强的抗冲击负荷的能力,实验中转盘的有机负荷为35.41 g COD/(m2.d)时,对有机物的处理效果可达到70%以上。在最佳的实验条件下,即:HRT=9 h、转盘转速为12 r/min、生物接触氧化池气水比为4∶1时,污水COD去除率达84.3%,出水COD浓度范围为40~50 mg/L,平均出水COD为46.8 mg/L,达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)中的一级A标准。
The biomass and organic loading are lower in common rotating biological contactor(RBC).In order to increase treatment efficiency of domestic wastewater,a new method based on netlike rotating biological contactor(NRBC) assisted by biological contact oxidation was studied.The influences of COD removal efficiency were investigated including hydraulic retention time,wheel speed,gas-water ratio,and organic loading.The results indicated that netlike RBC had a stronger resistance to impact load.The COD removal rate was more than 70% when the organic loading was 35.41 g /(m2·d).Furthermore,the COD removal rate achieved 84.3% under the optimal operating conditions which were hydraulic retention time of 9 h,wheel speed of 12 r/min and gas-water ratio of 4∶ 1.In addition,the COD in effluent was between 40 mg/L and 50 mg/L,and averaged at 46.8 mg/L which meets the standard stipulated in the national regulation(GB18918-2002).
