机电一体化自动机设计

DESIGN ON MECHATRONICS AUTOMATICS

对带微处理器(微机)的自动机械,即通常所称呼的机电一体化自动机械设备,本文命名为机电一体化自动机。本文从工程设计的角度,提出机电一体化自动机设计的概念,论述其设计方法和内容与传统机械自动机设计相比有何特点。引用一些科研实例,对机电一体化自动机的方案设计、参数指标的选定与计算、循环图设计、传动系统设计、框图设计、系统分析和程序软件等作了初步探讨。

A automatics with microprocessor was named mechatronics automat in this paper.This article suggested a conception of mechatronics automatics design and discussed the characteristics of design method and content,which are diff- erent from the design of traditional automatics.Using some researching exam- ples,some problems of mechatronics automatics design,such as plan design selecting and calculating parameters,cycle drawing design,transmission system, design,blockdiagram,system analysis and program software etc.,are discus- sed primarily. It is expected to form a distinctive desigen applied subject.
