冠心病患者脂联素水平测定的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血脂联素(APN)水平与CHD的关系。方法136例CHD患者分为稳定型心绞痛组(SAP)70例和急性冠状动脉综合症组(ACS)66例;70例健康老年人为对照组(CO)。比较不同类型CHD患者及对照组的APN水平,确定APN水平与CHD类型之间的关系。结果与CO组相比,SAP组及ACS组APN水平下降,差异有统计学意义,p〈0.05;ACS组与SAP组相比APN水平下降,差异有统计学意义,p〈0.05。结论低APN血症是CHD的危险因素,APN与CHD类型密切相关。
