摘要
本文以刀具耐用度的台劳公式为数学模型,建立了刀具磨损的自适应控制系统。通过刀具磨损检测装置,在动态切削过程中,实时检测刀具的磨损特性,自动迅速地确定与给定刀具耐用度相适应的最佳切削速度。
Taking the taylor formula describing tool life as mathematical model,the adaptive control system of tool wear is constructed,with the tool wear detecti- ng device,it simultaneously detects the tool wear characteristics in dynamic cutting process and automatically decides the optimal cutting speed adapted for given tool life in time
