手指按摩在青光眼滤过术后滤过功能不良的应用

Digital Massage after Glaucom a Filtering Surgery

观察了手指按摩在青光眼滤过术后应用的治疗效果。对青光眼术后滤枕扁平、前房深或正常深度、眼压偏高患者１７ 例分别于手术后１ 周、半月或１ 月以上在滤过泡两侧或眼球上行指压按摩， 每次５～１０ ｍ ｉｎ， 每ｄ ２～４次。经按摩后１６ 例滤过泡转化为功能性， 眼压由按摩前２．９９ ｋＰａ （Ｘ） 降低到１．４９ ｋＰａ， 下降幅度为５０％ 。结果表明：

The effect of digital m assage after glaucom a filtering surgery w as studied. Seventeen patients w ith flat blebs, deeper or norm al anterior cham ber and high intraocular pressure (IOP) w ere subjected to digitalm assage on the both sides of blebs or eyes 1 w eek, 2 w eeks and m ore than 1 m onth after operation respectively. Each m assage lasted 5 to 10 m in, 2～4 tim es a day. Afterm assage, 16 non- functioning blebs reversed to the functioning. The IOPw as decreased from 2.99 kPa (X) before m assage to 1.49 kPa after m assage. It w as suggested that digitalm assage is an effectively assistant treatm ent on som e non- functioning blebs after glaucom a filtering surgery.
