从水利水电工程合同管理角度出发,论述《水利水电工程标准施工招标文件》合同条款存在的不足,总结施工经验,提出水利水电土建工程合同应注意的问题。
Starting by the angle of the management of water conservancy and electric power engineering contract,the paper elaborates the disadvantages of the terms of Construction Tendering Standards of Water Conservancy Engineering contract, summarizing the construction experiences and putting forward the items needed to be paid attention in the contract of water conservancy and electric power engineering.
