我国学前教育财政支持存在的问题及对策分析——基于OECD成员国的经验

Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Support for Preschool Education in China:Based on Experience of OECD Countries

目前，学前教育已经成为我国整个教育发展中的“短板”。为了尽快解决这一问题，我国有必要借鉴OECD成员国学前教育财政支持的经验，通过加大政府对学前教育的财政投入、设立合理的学前教育投入机制、尽早制定学前教育法、有效促进学前教育均衡发展等途径保障学前教育快速、健康地发展。

Currendy, preschool education has become the short board in the development of education. To solve the problem, it is necessary to learn from the OECD countries＇ experience in preschool financial support and ensure the fast and healthy development of preschool education by increasing government fiscal input, setting up functional investment mechanism, drawing up preschool education laws and promoting balanced development.
