关于学前教育办学多元化的思考

Reflections on Diversified Means of Kindergarten Running

摘要 我国的学前教育已经初步形成多元化的办学体制,但存在对学前教育性质定位不准,公办园萎缩;对多元化办学的认识、管理不到位,民办园发展混乱;经费筹措制度不完善,公办园、民办园都面临发展困境等问题。为促进学前教育多元化办学的健康发展,政府要确保公办园的主体地位,加强对民办园的管理与扶持,保证对学前教育的财政投入。 A diversified system of kindergarten running has been formed In China. However, problems still exist, such as inaccurate orientation of nature of preschool education and shrinking of public kindergartens; insu^cient understanding and management of the diversified system which results in the disorder in the development of non-public kindergartens; imperfect funding measures that causes dilemma for the development of both public and non-public kindergartens. To promote healthy development of diversified kindergarten running, the government should ensure the key status of public kindergartens while enhancing the management and support of non-public kindergartens and secure financial input in preschool education.
