农村幼儿园教师专业成长的困境与出路——以河北省沧州市为例 被引量:5

The Difficulties and Outlets of Professional Development for Preschool Teachers in Rural Areas:Taking Cangzhou of Hebei as an Example

摘要 提高农村幼教师资队伍的素质是实现农村学前教育事业优质均衡发展的重要保证,而农村幼儿园教师的专业发展还面临诸多困境。农村幼儿园教师专业成长的关键是树立科学幼教理念和提高专业幼教能力这两方面,具体途径主要有:以培训引领专业成长、以教研促进专业成长、以竞赛带动专业成长、以管理保证专业成长。 To improve the quality of teachers in the guarantee for the balanced development of rural preschool education. However rural preschool teachers are faced with difficulties in their professional development. The key ties in the establishment of scientific educational concepts and improving educational competence, which can be realized by the following approaches: leading professional development by training; promoting professional development by teaching research; motivating professional development by competition and ensuring professional development by management.
