摘要
英国的幼儿园教师职前培训课程比较完善,其课程结构立足于满足当代学前教育发展的需求,将教学实践活动作为课程核心,注重体现文化多元性。英国的经验对我国幼儿园教师职前培训课程的改革具有一定借鉴意义。
Pre-service training curriculum for preschool teachers in Britain is comparatively completed. Its curriculum setup aims to meet current needs of preschool education development and makes teaching practice the core of the curriculum and emphasizes cultural diversity. We can learn from British experiences for pre-service training curriculum reform.
