Research on Law Regulation System of Traffic Combat Readiness Construction

交通战备是国防动员的重要内容,保证交通战备工作的顺利进行,法规体系建设不可忽视。在阐述交通战备法规及法规体系基本概念的基础上,探讨了交通战备法规体系建设的必要性,对如何进行该体系建设和应把握的几种关系提出了建议。

Traffic combat readiness is the main content of national defense mobilization,the law regulation system construction is an important task for traffic combat readiness is going on smoothly.Based on the discussion of basic conceptions of the traffic combat readiness construction and its law regulation system,this paper discussed the necessity of its construction,brought forward some suggestions on how to construct the system and grasp some relations.
